Stephen leads our team of professionals and has considerable experience in providing commercial, financial and strategic advice to the public and private sectors. Stephen is currently an active member on public and private sector boards and specialises in strategic financial consulting.
Prior to the founding of Equity & Advisory, Stephen was the Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen, South Australia and was responsible for overseeing the development of that international firm's practice in South Australia for 8 years.

Mark is a director of Equity & Advisory Ltd and specialises in providing commercial advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions, divestments, infrastructure projects and corporate restructures. Mark is also experienced in performing valuations for both public and private companies for purposes of purchase, sale and independent expert reports to shareholders.
Prior to joining Equity & Advisory in April 1998, Mark worked for Andersen in their Assurance and Business Advisory Division and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Commerce from the University of South Australia.

Mark has been a Director of Equity & Advisory since its inception. Mark was previously a Senior Manager in the Corporate Recovery and Asset Management Services divisions of Arthur Anderson for 9 years. Prior to this, he worked extensively in the financial services industry.
Mark specialises in consulting on financial, liquidity and management problems to corporations across a broad range of industries including building and construction, property, retailing, manufacturing and rural. Mark is also experienced in undertaking detailed due diligence and assisting clients with the acquisition of new businesses or assets, or preparing and finalising the sale of existing businesses or divisions.

Prior to joining Equity & Advisory, Mark worked for Andersen / Ernst & Young, working in their Corporate Finance and Assurance lines for over 6 years.

Prior to joining Equity & Advisory, Dino worked for mhm, a major second tier accounting and business advisory firm based in Adelaide, working in their Corporate Finance and Business Services lines for over 5 years.
