Bob Jane Group
Lead advisor to the Bob Jane Group to facilitate the restructuring of their operations including overseeing a reduction in trading debt of $20 million.

Australian Zircon
Lead advisor in regards to the recapitalisation of Australian Zircon through the conversion of debt to equity by its major convertible note holder, the negotiation of a revised bank facility arrangement with its senior debt provider, and a 1 for 1 rights issue to ordinary shareholders.

City Pacific Limited
Lead advisor in relation to the restructuring of operations, negotiation of banking facilities and divestment of assets in order to repay senior debt providers.

CP1 Limited
Lead advisor in negotiating the commercial settlement between all parties including MP Investments, City Pacific Limited, CP1 Limited, Martha Cove Pty Ltd, City Pacific Financial Services, City Pacific First Mortgage Trust and Bankwest in relation to 33 Lonsdale Street Property, Martha Cove and Waves property ownership and repayment of debt facilities.

Michell Australia
Retained by Michell Australia to undertake a review of the Bindaree Group. Following this review we were involved in developing and implementing a turnaround plan for the operations at Inverell, Murgon and Orange.
